If I have a problem with a product I have purchased, what should I do?

Here at Flying City we pride ourselves on customer care. If you have any problem with a product you have purchased here please contact us! Our e-mails are checked daily and we ensure all questions are answered thoroughly and promptly.

Which company will my purchase be shipping through?

Most of our orders are processed using FedEx.

The ProFlight seat did not come with instructions?

Do I need to plug in the Saitek Power adapter to the yoke?

A.

The power adapter is an optional accessory for the Saitek yoke, but it isn't necessary to operate the yoke or any of the accessories.

I purchased my items a few days ago, where is my tracking number?

A.

As soon as we receive the shipping information and tracking numbers it is then emailed to you.

After you complete your transaction with us, it is processed and shipped. When the product is shipped it is automatically given a tracking number. In some instances, the tracking number is not yet processed and would thus read as "invalid" if searched. Our system allows time for the item to be properly processed.
